• Professional Consulting– Customized onsite solutions for each cleaning project, including equipment, staffing, and job plan recommendations.
 
• Evaluation of Cleaning Equipment– Each wastewater collection unit and crew will be evaluated in the field under normal conditions to assess equipment performance, operator procedures, and maintenance history. Findings will guide targeted training, equipment recommendations, and immediate reporting of any critical issues.
 
• Sewer Cleaning 102 Training Course– Offers an overview of wastewater systems and management, covering both historical and current practices, equipment selection, maintenance, and best practices. The course is available as a live virtual class or an online self-paced option. Participants earn CEUs/PDHs upon completion.
  • On-Site Sewer Cleaning 102 Field Training– Reinforces classroom learning through hands-on practice under expert guidance, allowing participants to apply techniques, ask questions in real time, and build confidence for future operations.
 
• 900 ECO Operations & Maintenance Training Course– Includes 12 multimedia modules covering safe operation and maintenance of the unit. Attendees are tested after each module, with results documented for client records and liability protection. A 300-page supplemental manual is available for purchase but not required for completion. The course is available as a live virtual class or an online self-paced option.
